Good service, had really enjoyable experience.
The rooms were large with required things, like a kitchen and climate control. All the staff was extremely friendly and excellent, tackled my issues. The location of this modern hotel was favourable, in the BBQ restaurant👌🙂

Perfect location in Pamporovo, perfect for a relaxing summer getaway. the hotel offers a variety of food choices within a short 10-15 minute walk. the room is modern and comes with amenities like air conditioning, a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.

We really enjoyed this perfect and fabulous hotel and recommend it. Stayed here for 4 nights with our kids, had a relaxing stay. The location was magnificent and best possible for Pamporovo, just off the Barbecue restaurant, the ski lifts and various restaurants, and taxi.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Pamporovo area during summer and the snow surfing area during winter. The hotel was also very close to the slopes, making it convenient for us to enjoy our favorite winter activities. The room service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We were impressed with the range of services offered, such as car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle. The in-room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

complex kamelia aparthotel exceeded our expectations. the spa center, swimming pools, and apartment were perfect. the breakfast had a great variety. the location near the lift was ideal. the staff was friendly and helpful. we even extended our stay.
